BOLLINGER Rose is a completely new wine from Champagne
Bollinger. This wine has evolved as a careful assembly of the very finest
ingredients, amongst all the Bollinger brands.
The final component,
which provides colour and delicate aromas of ripe red fruits, combines an
inviting nose and a palate of vibrant red cherries, raspberries and minerality.
It is a very classy
wine with admirable complexity, intense and cherry scented wine, the crunchy
red fruits gently reveal themselves in a glittering and graceful vision of
elegance.
The highly polished
champagne, with admirable complexity for a rose, is a seductive, toasty and
crispy, showing flavours of summer berry fruits with a soft texture and a long
finish.
It is a perfect wine
for a birthday or any special occasion for that matter, and you certainly will
not regret using it for a bash.
It is the first new
Bollinger released for 30 years and truly stunning champagne, which has an
alcoholic volume of 12 per cent, is distinctive enough to go with a main
course. It can also be taken with cold meat and risotto.
This non-vintage
model is made from 60 per cent Pinot Noir with a dash each of 25 per cent
Chardonnay and 15 per cent Pinot Meunier, giving great depth of flavour.
